Cash Stud Service Fee: $1500 for non-AKC females; $2000 for AKC females

Stud deposit due prior to mating: $750 - balance due within 35 days. 

Ultrasound to confirm pregnancy recommended.

One live birth constitutes a litter as the number of eggs produced is genetically linked to the female.  

Any singleton litter will be offered repeat mating to any By Midwest stud eligible (based on genetic pairing) for a reduced rate of $750 regardless of registration.

Any mating period attempted without mating will incur charge of $250. Since payment is made at the start of the attempted breeding period, repeat full service will be provided, and future service will receive credit for overage paid to subsequent litter. No cash refunds.

By Midwest will offer services in our home in Barton Co, Kansas or by mobile service. 

By Midwest will travel within 50 miles at no charge and within 200 miles by car for fuel and toll charges round trip and accommodations if needed.

By Midwest will also, at the clients request and expense, travel to the female bitch within the United States and its territories for in person stud service by any of our approved studs.  We believe in person mating is still the most effective and productive means of reproduction.

Stud service payments are non-refundable.

Client has, prior to service, viewed and agreed to the health of the stud and approves of the Embark genetic testing on the stud. 

Owner of the female is required to keep By Midwest up to date on the progress of the pregnancy.  Ultrasound is highly encouraged to confirm pregnancy.

 X-ray to determine sizing, positioning and headcount is required. By Midwest suggests that Xray be done about day 55 from first mating.  

Once puppies are born, owner of the female agrees to send information and photos for record keeping purposes to Midwest. That information to include number, sex, color and birthweight. Photos always appreciated as they grow but are not required.

Buyer agrees to register the litter within 90 days of birth unless other agreement is notated.

Should puppies be sold, By Midwest asks our 'sired by' babies not be sold for amounts under $2500.

Buyer agrees to vaccinate puppies and have them see a veterinarian of their choice prior to placing them with their future families if applicable.

Other services such as delivery/whelping assistance, care of the female while in our care, any needed Veterinary service required of the female while in our care and advertising of the puppies to our established base of clientele and through this website or our social media communities are all additional service and expenses that apply on a case-by-case basis.
